How Wafeed works

Sign up for the free plan. No credit card is required.

Confirm your email, then sign in to the dashboard.

Add your business name, a URL slug, and optionally your Google Review link.

If you add a Google review link, Wafeed can show it when your routing rules allow. You can add it later.

Create touchpoints for QR codes, NFC tags, WhatsApp, email, SMS, specific branches, or individual staff members.

Each touchpoint tracks its own ratings separately. A General touchpoint covers all feedback. A Staff touchpoint tracks a specific person. A Branch touchpoint tracks a location.

Copy the short link and paste it into a WhatsApp message, email or SMS — or download the QR code to print, or program an NFC tag.

Example: "Thank you for visiting us 💙 Please rate your experience: wafeed.co/r/yourbiz" Print the QR code on receipts, table cards, counters, or delivery packaging. Program an NFC tag for tap-to-rate.

Customers open the link in any browser — no account or app needed.

They select 1–5 stars, choose a reason, and can add a comment.

See each rating, comment, and source in your dashboard.

Track your average rating, rating distribution, Google Review click rate, and recent comments. Filter by star rating, date, or link.

Receive an email when a low rating comes in.

The alert includes the rating, reason, and comment. Your team can then assign and follow up on the issue.

Customers who give 4 or 5 stars see an option to leave a Google Review.

Wafeed does not post a review for the customer. The customer chooses whether to open the link and write a review.
