Set up your business profile
Add your business name, a URL slug, and optionally your Google Review link.
Your Google Review URL is what customers will be redirected to after giving a high rating. You can set it later.
Create feedback touchpoints
Create touchpoints for QR codes, NFC tags, WhatsApp, email, SMS, specific branches, or individual staff members.
Each touchpoint tracks its own ratings separately. A General touchpoint covers all feedback. A Staff touchpoint tracks a specific person. A Branch touchpoint tracks a location.
Share via any channel
Copy the short link and paste it into a WhatsApp message, email or SMS — or download the QR code to print, or program an NFC tag.
